By using the services provided by Evolve Construction, including but not limited to contracting for services, warranties, or SMS notifications, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. Our dedicated team has successfully completed over 10,000 residential and commercial projects with a proven record of 99.9% customer satisfaction.

SMS Services Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the SMS services offered by Evolve Construction. By subscribing, you explicitly consent to abide by these terms.

• Opt-In Requirement:
  Users must actively opt-in to the SMS service by submitting their mobile phone number to Evolve Construction.

• Message and Data Rates:
  Users acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply. Evolve Construction is not responsible for any charges incurred by users related to SMS communications.

• Frequency of SMS:
  Subscribers may receive between one and two messages weekly.

• Opt-Out Procedure:
  Subscribers may opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any received message. Upon receiving an opt-out request, Evolve Construction will immediately cease sending messages.

• Disclaimer of Liability:
  Evolve Construction shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, costs, or inconveniences incurred by users as a result of participation in the SMS service. Subscribers assume all risks associated with the use of the SMS service.

• Acceptance of SMS Terms:
  Subscription to Evolve Construction’s SMS services constitutes explicit agreement to these terms. Users who do not accept these terms should refrain from subscribing to the service.

Warranty Terms

Evolve Construction offers a 25-Year Lifetime Warranty on workmanship performed directly by our company. This warranty covers defects or issues arising directly from our workmanship.

• Warranty Exclusions:
  This warranty specifically excludes coverage for damages resulting from acts of God, including but not limited to:

  • Wind damage

  • Hailstorms

  • Severe weather events

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Any other natural or unforeseen events beyond Evolve Construction’s control.

• Warranty Claims:
  To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Evolve Construction promptly upon discovering an issue. Claims will be assessed, and eligible issues will be addressed according to the terms outlined herein.

Discount Offer Terms and Conditions

Each discount offer provided by Evolve Construction is subject to the following terms:

• Eligible Jobs: Offers apply only to residential and commercial retail jobs.
• Expiration Date: All current promotional offers expire on December 31, 2026.
• Combinability: Offers may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special pricing unless explicitly stated in writing.

Price Match Guarantee

Evolve Construction & Restoration is dedicated to offering you the best value for your construction and restoration projects. Evolve Construction is prepared to price match any provided written estimate from a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor for comparable like, kind, and quality Xactimate estimate, quotes or scope of work. Evolve Construction will price match or beat these estimates, scopes, quotes. To qualify for this guarantee, the competitor’s estimate must be presented to us in writing, must be licensed, insured and bonded contractor and must reflect comparable services and scope as outlined in their quote. Evolve Construction & Restoration reserves the right to verify the authenticity and details of the competitor’s estimate before adjusting our pricing accordingly.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee entitles customers to a full refund of the retail purchase price if they are not satisfied with our product or service. To qualify for this guarantee, a claim must be submitted to Directorii within 30 days of the job’s completion.

General Limitation of Liability

Evolve Construction shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of revenue, or business interruptions beyond our direct control.
