I was very impressed with not only the quality of work that they performed but with their professionalism provided when my prior HOA used them this summer to install new roofs on our properties. Replacing your roof can be a very stressful experience, but Shannon helped to make this a positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised when our roof tiles were delivered on a Thursday and placed on the roof on Friday, we never lost the use of our driveway. Freddy then let me know the crew would be at our house on Monday and the roof would be completed by the end of the week, they were done on Wednesday. Working with Evolve Construction in Naples Florida was a great experience.Ahmed, our sales representative, was professional and always communicative. The proposal was thorough, was mid-priced in our estimates received, and in the end the best value. Top quality products were provided. The crews performed the tear-off and dry-in work quickly, thorough cleanup, and answered my progress questions. The shingle crew returned on schedule and were done in a half day. Sam was incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable and was not persistent or aggressive in trying to secure my business. He and his team did a very thorough job inspecting my roof, siding, gutters and windows for storm damage. He showed me photos of various areas impacted by the hail and wind storm as well as what qualifies and what does not for insurance coverage. He also took the time to explain the entire process from inspection to filing the claim to how the work is done. He also always reached out to ensure his team of contractors were respectful, professional and careful to not cause other damage nor a mess by throwing damaged shingles onto the ground (they hang nets at roof level to collect the damaged shingles). I was very impressed and highly recommend Sam and Evolve construction!

We worked with Evolve Construction to assist with hurricane damage claims for a client of ours who has two properties in Naples. We were impressed at how professional and turn-key the overall process was. Ahmed was extremely helpful when I first inquired about some roof issues I was experiencing. He sent Cooper over the next day, and from then on they walked us through the entire process of getting a new roof. When the installation date arrived, they worked quickly and left the yard in better condition than when they arrived. The roof looks fantastic, and I'm so glad we chose Evolve. I recommend Sean Hirman and evolve construction they are live savers. I made the mistake of hiring a private adjuster he showed up at my house and asked me to sign some electronic documents without giving me the chance to read them.. fast forward 4 months my insurance company gave me only 500 dollars for my claim.. this was not even close to what I need to fix my property.. my neighbor told me about sean and evolve and how they helped them so I called them and they came in and refered me to there attorneys three weeks later I recieved 200k settlement and the PA took 20k for doing nothing .. thank God evolve was still able to help me and complete all the repairs. Highly recommend wouldn't know what I would've done without them.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I must give credit when credit is due. I was approached by a gentlemen who works for this company, he introduced himself as Kay. I had already filed a claim with the insurance company and had a public adjuster because the insurance company underpaid on all my damages. Kay explained to me that these insurance companies always underpay and he explained to me from A to Z how everything works. He offered to have me sign a contingency with him and Evolve to allow them to collaborate with my PA and begin working on my project while they pursue the necessary funds. I trusted him as he seemed like a fine gentleman and moved forward, 3.5 months later and they have delivered on every promise he made me. They put on my new shingled roof and gutters within 2 weeks and went after the insurance company for proper funds and successfully attained them. They proceeded to paint my stucco and replace my 2 damaged windows and pool cage.I thought I’d share my story because I know a lot of fellow Floridians are dealing with the same issues, I recommend working with this company and ask for Kay!

The insurance company first denied our claim and they helped us settle our claim for roof siding windows garage doors deck and patio furniture, our entire house got a remodel and they even fixed our interior leak for free. Saw their sign at one of my neighbors yard and gave them a call. What started as a 12k cheque from the insurance company turned into a 50k+ complete NEW roof installation. They even changed the gutters, and fixed the pool cage.HIGHLY recommended.

Everyone was professional, respectful and caring during a time when so many of us faced the aftermath of a natural disaster. Jay did the actual roofing repair. He took the time to come by and take a shingle to get the best match. He kept to his schedule and his work was impeccable! Upon completion, the shingles matched perfectly and there was no evidence that the roof was ever repaired. Our roof is just 3 years old, but when the time comes and a new roof is needed, Evolve will be our first and only choice!

Recommended by friends, I contracted with Evolve Construction to replace my roof. From my first contact with them, Allen the salesperson, was professional, prompt, fully able to answer all questions and provide contract quote. Pedro coordinated our order, delivery and installation process so that all product and utilities arrived promptly and were removed promptly. Angel, who led the installation crew did a high quality job and the property was always neat and tidy every night. We had the tile mitered and it is a very sleek look. We hired Evolve Construction after the hurricane came and damaged our spanish clay tiles on our roof causing our son's bedroom and our living room to leak when it rains. After a long battle with our insurance company Evolve was able to get our entire roof replaced and our interior leaks fixed. We recommend Evolve to everyone going through this painful fight, insurance companies never want to pay but Evolve made sure they covered everything accurately. On top of all that, they also sold us a solar system and now we are saving hundreds of thousands of dollars by producing and owning our own energy.

Evolve put a new tile roof on my home. First the project manager I worked with prior to the installation was great. Jay worked my insurance company to get the program started and was very responsive to all my concerns and was very informative. Once the roofing materials arrived, the installation was done very efficiently and very neatly. Any subsequent damage was readily repaired and I am very happy with the job Evolve completed.
I used Evolve for my tile roof replacement from Hurricane Irma. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased on how clean they kept the work area around my house. Once everything was approved and my Tiles were delivered, I had a new roof installed in lightning speed. In one day the entire old roof was taking off. After that it only took 2 days to install the new tile roof. The Lee County inspector came and was very pleased with the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Evolve construction and Blake has been a blessing to our lives, we wouldn’t know what to do if it wasn’t for them. We had major hurricane Irma damage to our roof and CMR construction forced us to sign off our claim to them with an AOB and after 2 years of litigation and court the insurance company paid CMR a measly 80k for our roof. CMR couldn’t do the work for that so they charged us 50k out of the 80k to cancel us.. our insurance company then dropped us and we had no insurance for a while.. we finally got new insurance and here comes Evolve and ofc with the type of experience we just had to go through we told him to go F himself but after Jay and Blake explained to us what happened and why the other contractor failed we where a little at ease … Evolve did not ask us to sign over anything in fact they worked for us without any documents in good faith because of our experience and after 4 months we finally received a check for 200k and they just completed the work. We couldn’t be any happier we finally don’t have any roof issues and evolve ensured to hurricane strap and put on the best roofing system humanly possible… I am know a roofing expert and I recommend Blake Jay and evolve construction. What a team!

They delivered a prompt quote within one business day and then delivered a team of 15 within several weeks to complete our larger roof job. Since, six neighbors have commented on how fast and thorough the team was compared to their projects. The construction quality has left me with an improved roof compared to my original, high quality roof that was built with the home in 2013. We are thankful and highly recommend Evolve roofing.
