Traditional Asphalt Roofing
Evolve Construction’s fiberglass asphalt roofs are backed by a 30-year limited lifetime warranty, offering dependable protection for your home today and well into the future. Our warranty ensures your asphalt roof remains safeguarded against manufacturing defects and installation errors that could result in water penetration.
Premium Protection Period
During the first ten (10) years, Evolve Construction will repair or replace any roofing product identified as having manufacturing defects that cause water penetration, at no cost to you, covering both materials and labor.
Extended Protection Period
For the subsequent twenty (20) years, totaling 30 years of coverage, Evolve Construction will provide replacement materials free of charge for any defective products. You will only be responsible for the associated labor costs.

Metal Roofing Systems

Our metal roofs come with a transferable 50-year limited warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects, installation errors, discoloration, rust, high winds, and hail damage. Basement Waterproofing Solutions
Protect your home from mold and water damage with Evolve Construction’s reliable basement waterproofing services. Our comprehensive waterproofing solutions include a 25-year limited lifetime warranty, ensuring your basement remains safe and dry for decades. If issues arise after the first year, we will inspect and provide replacement materials at no charge. You will be responsible only for the labor costs associated with the repair.
Advantage Windows
Vinyl Windows
Evolve Construction’s vinyl windows are protected by a limited lifetime warranty that covers both materials and installation for as long as you own or live in the home where they were installed. The precision-welded corners of our PVC frames and sashes are guaranteed never to separate, and the durable window extrusions are built to resist chipping, blistering, peeling, fading, cracking, and delamination – ensuring long-term beauty and performance.
Insulated Glass
Our insulated glass is backed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers seal failure resulting in vision obstruction due to premature failure of the hermetic seal between the interior glass panes. Minor imperfections – such as small scratches, marks, or spots that fall within Evolve Construction’s quality standards – are not considered defects. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own or reside in the home where the product was originally installed.
Color Coatings
Our color coatings are covered by a ten (10) year warranty under normal environmental conditions. This warranty protects against weather-related issues such as peeling, blistering, and significant fading or discoloration caused by ultraviolet exposure. Please note that the warranty does not apply if the damage results from external sources such as stucco leach, acid washes, adhesive tapes, or abrasive elements like wind-blown sand.
Glass Breakage
Evolve Construction offers a five-year limited warranty that covers accidental glass breakage resulting from normal residential use and not otherwise covered by your homeowner’s insurance deductible. This warranty excludes breakage caused by acts of nature, as well as damage to specialty glass types including custom art glass, grooved designs, tempered glass, internal mini-blinds, and obscure glass.
